The State Fair Came to Town this Summer
We were so excited to have this big fair in town that we decided to go and visit MANY times! The boys went with us, Grandma & Grandpa and Sean even got to go with his class. Here are a few pictures of our adventures at the fair.

Looking at the alpacas
Watching a horse get new shoes

These lambs were born 2 hours earlier. You can still see the umbilical chord if you click on the picture to make it bigger... if you really want to see it:)
Twelve piglets were born to this mama the night before (wow... 12!!)
All 3 boys having fun. Well, not sure how much fun Brandon was having... when we got home I discovered that he had a fever of 104... poor little guy had an ear infection and yucky swollen tonsils:(
Supper time!
Eating like a big boy now... even when he's sick!
Grandma and Daddy helped the boys practice roping cows (wooden ones of course)
I took the boys to the midway, Tony met us after work. We found this camel on our way to the midway.
Let the fun begin... weeeeee!

So many rides, so little time! Brandon loved watching the boys, but the noise wasn't good for his infected ear... fortunately we ran into Grandma and Grandpa and they offered to take him home. I was grateful as I was able to stay even after Tony arrived.

Sean's class talking to the "Walking Tree Man"
Riding tractors
Getting a close up look at the Budweiser Clydesdales

Getting dressed for the parade
Visiting the Budweiser fire dog.
Hitching up the horses.
We rounded out our fair experience with a little demolition derby!
